Description[]
The Ascended Outlaw Boots is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Legs" category, and is a part of the Ascended Outlaw Set. The Ascended Outlaw Boots are a pair of green tattered pants that originated from the Western Luminant.
The Stronger Under Pressure Talent makes your Might Gems apply a 5% slow per combat tag, for 1 second. This has no cooldown.
Set Talent[]
When wearing the full equipment set (excluding the Mask), you will gain the Set Talent.
This requires the Hat, Robes, and Boots of the set; the Mask does not contribute to, nor is required for the Set Talent.
Set Talent: Offensive Recovery - If all your mantras have Might Gems equipped, lose posture any time you hit opponents block with a mantra.
This restores your Posture upon landing a Mantra with a Might Gem equipped, but ONLY if it hits your opponent's block, and ONLY if all of your Mantras have Might Gems equipped.

After defeating Titus, a crafting bench within the Merit Detainment Core will be open to you. This item is only craftable with that bench. The recipes are as follows:
- 1 Western Outlaw Boots + 3 Gilded Needles + 3 Might Gems.
