The Bloodforged Crown is an Equipment item under the "Head" category. It is found as an exceedingly rare (~0.5% per Chest) drop from Chaser, Scholar of the Crimson Contract.
The Cauterized Wounds Talent reduces blood bar damage taken from taking damage. It does not affect blood drain effects such as Bloodrend.
When equipped, even while its visibility is toggled off, it will play an animation of a red swirling particle around the wearer's head.

- The Bloodforged Crown is one of very few equipment to provide an Attunement-based Talent (Flamecharm in this case) without any stat requirements.
- This Equipment piece shares the same innate stats as Celtor Commander Helm.
- Goes great with Curse of the No Life King builds, due to the fact that the innate Talent decreases blood loss, one of No Life King's greatest weaknesses.
- Be aware that NLK has heavily reduced effectiveness from both Cauterized Wounds and Alloyblood.
- Due to its rarity, age, and prevalence within the trading community, this item is seen as the baseline item for trading, where the value of other items is often measured in comparison to the Bloodforged Crown. However, the Bloodforged Crown's value has declined over time, as rarer and more sought after items have been added to the game.
