Enemies that can wield Enchantments

As of January 16th, 2023, certain enemies can use Enchants.

Why anyone thought this was a good idea is unknown.

Eventually, the developers saw sense, with it changed so Immortal Guardians were the only ones to do so.

In the 8/25/2023 update, they went back to being insane, and readded them.
