The Crypt of the Unbroken is a location in Deepwoken. It is a Voidzone found at the top of Minityrsa.

Overview

The Crypt of the Unbroken is a building in the highest part of Minityrsa. The inside is filled with tall, narrow intersecting halls inhabited by hostile enemies. Braziers are sparsely placed in the stone halls, and various humanoid statues are around the Crypt.

Points of Interest

• On the 1st floor, there is a massive, library-like room with an Alpha Megalodaunt and four Immortal Guardians in it.
• On the 2nd floor, the Shrine of Temptation can be found. For 5 knowledge, you may exchange one of your mantras for a hand of whispers.
  • An opening in the wall will lead to the Glacial Remnant with the Frostdraw Obelisk inside, required for the Saintsworn obtainment.
• The Gran Sudaruska can be found in the chests dropped by the Immortal Guardians on the 1st floor. This is a very grindy way to obtain the weapon, but it is safer compared to Layer 2 which most people are scared of. This is also why people can be found here so often.
  • Farming Immortal Guardians is also the only way to get the Immortal Helm, which is one of the reasons why people choose to go here.

• Hellfire Lotuses and Skyvalor Lotuses can be found around the Crypt. Crafting 2 Hellfire Lotuses or 2 Skyvalor Lotuses together at a crafting table will yield a Strength attribute flask or a Willpower attribute flask respectively.
• There are 3 black flowers with the roman numeral 1 on top of the Crypt. They serve as a tribute to a player who passed away.

Notes & Trivia

• The music for this area is Of Labours, Veiled by Naktigonis
• The majority of images and information are taken from Xaslin's video (https://youtu.be/NkEiMJmvimU).
• Immortal Guardians use the Divine Axe and Divine Greatsword from the Crazy Slots resonance, but they can't use the special abilities
• Gripping an enemy will aggro a massive amount of the enemies in the dungeon nearby, even on the floor above, so if you can't autogrip or burn them, take enemies outside of the Crypt to grip them safely. (This still tends to aggro Carbuncles, but they are a minor threat.)
• Good place to farm books, the library has tons of bookshelves.
• Characters with the Mute Regalia are instead spared and insulted when knocked by Immortal Guardians, similar to various town guards.
• If you are inexperienced with farming this dungeon, you can simply lure the Immortal Guardians out of the dungeon to avoid going to The Depths because it is a Voidzone.
• Please note that the crypt entrance can be blocked and it cannot be broken to fix this just server hop.

• Tip: With the assassin Talent (30 Agility or the Assassin's Hood), you can one shot the Guardians with an assassination, which makes the grind way easier.
  • If they aggro on you go outside the dungeon and wait for them to de-aggro.
  • Tacet and/or the Mute Regalia are extremely useful for assassination.
• The Crypt of the Unbroken may be the resting place of Sudaruska, as her epithet was "the Unbroken," not to mention the fact that Gran Sudaruska can drop in the Crypt.
• You should always check your blood and food bars, because NPC's in Crypt of Unbroken will drain your blood very fast.
• Immortal Guardians in the upper floor don’t give chests when they are gripped, making farming them less efficient as the ones downstairs as chests give a lot of exp.
• Immortal Guardians are able to spawn on top of Crypt of the Unbroken, it can happen by de-aggroing the enemy or by natural causes.
