Description[]
Drill Sergeant Kernel is a Celtor NPC. He is the mentor for the freshly arrived Authority Ensigns. His official rank is technically Interceptor, but with the structure of the Authority's military, he trains recruits until they're placed in a division, after which the division leaders take over training and command.[2]
