Description[]
Friid is an NPC who acts as both progression for the Silentheart Oath and the Galebreathe trainer.
In order to obtain Galebreathe, you must bring five Gale Stones to Friid (2 if you have already obtained Galebreathe). Alternatively, if you have obtained the Silentheart Oath, you must kill her in order to get one of five Oath Talents. They are found at a camp near the Temple Approach.

Talents[]
- Perfect Flash - If Friid has full Health her Mantras do 25% more damage.
- Impervious Slumber - If Friid gets hit while knocked, her knocked timer isn't reset.
- Gale Trap - If Friid knocks an enemy she tags them with a wind trap, anyone picking up the body gets sent flying.
- Suffocating Impact - If Friid flourishes an enemy into a wall they are Suffocated and Winded for a short duration.
- Stifled Jump - Enemies who jump while Suffocated by Friid are dazed.
- Air Pressure - If Friid dodges an attack or hits an enemy's block, her next dash is transformed into a Gale Dash.
- Silencer's Blade - If Friid hits an enemy with a basic attack while the enemy is Suffocated, the duration of the Suffocation is extended. Friid will also get a speed boost.
- A World Without Song - If Friid Lands a wind mantra it will apply Suffocate.
