Description[]
Gran Sudaruska is a Legendary Greataxe; a tall and heavy black bat-winged battleaxe fused by frost and Sudaruska's soul, lighting it with cold color. It scales with both Heavy and Frostdraw. You can wield it either one-handed or two-handed despite having lower than 40 HVY.
Gran Sudaruska comes with two passive abilities:
- Sudaruska's Fury - Landing three M1 attacks on an enemy makes ice crystals rain from the sky. The area that an ice crystal lands will have ice applied on the floor. 15 second cooldown.
- Vengeful Soul - After gripping a player with the Contractor Oath or any Ministry affiliated NPC, Sudaruska will talk and insult them.
- If the player that was gripped has Prophet's Cloak equipped, Sudaruska will talk aswell.
Critical[]
The critical causes the user to spin the axe in the air, raining down ice shards and uppercutting anyone hit by it, with added physical damage to mobs with elemental resistance.
The critical attack has a cooldown of 10 seconds.

Trivia[]
- Gran Sudaruska M1s do not apply crystal or chill. This is intended.
- Prior to a patch, Gran Sudaruska used to convert all damage into Ice/Chill damage, leading to unintentional mechanics such as basic attacks, any mantras, and even Venting to apply crystals, this was patched and removed. However, the M1s used to apply Crystals prior to a later hotfix.
- The first and only weapon that currently has the ability to speak.
- Some of her voice lines are:
- "Fall beneath our frost, drowned pawn."
- "Become memories, pawn."
- "The sun will set only for your soul, pawn."
- "A repeat of the pain you caused, now for yourself."
- "You will not take my home."
- "As I thought... Weak."
- "Break, fragile pawn."
- "Broken easily."
- "Your own Depths shall take you."
- "Frail."
- "Foolish pawns playing god."
- "False strength."
- "Your cause is a poison to this world, pawn."
- "Death cannot contain me."
- Some of her lines are very similar (likely as a result of inspiration) to the dialogue of Mithrix, the final boss of Risk of Rain 2.
- "False strength." is one of Mithrix's quotes.
- Other instances—"Become memories, pawn.", "As I thought... Weak.", "Break, fragile pawn."—are all close to what he says.
- Some of her voice lines are:
- The runes on the blade are Elder Furthark Runes, which reads "FROSTDRAW" and "FIMBULWINTER".
- Fimbulwinter is a harsh winter that preludes Ragnarök in Norse mythology.
- When trying to equip the weapon as a Contractor, the game will state "The weapon rejects your very soul, the antithesis to your ideals." This is due to the fact that the soul of Sudaruska, the woman who occupies the weapon, hates the Ministry.
- You can however, equip her before obtaining Contractor. Unequipping afterwards will make it impossible to equip her once more until you oathbreak Contractor or equip her as a new character.
- You can also equip her while wearing the Prophet's Cloak.
- The critical works with Meteor Impact.
- The critical teleports you to the person who used the crit.
- Gran Sudaruska used to have a Power requirement of 3, although it was impossible to meet the other requirements within Power 3.
- Gran Sudaruska could be used one handed even if the One Handed Training Talent was not obtained prior to its removal.
- Gran Sudaruska's Critical attack used to only be a spherical hitbox infront of the player. However, on the July 5th 2024 update, this was instead changed to be a 360 hitbox around the player.
