  • The Grand Authority Plate was originally designed as part of an Authority-themed set, the Grand Authority Armament's [sic] set, alongside the Bulwark Helm, which is why the latter provides the same Talent as the Authority Helm. For some unknown reason, they were separated, with the Grand Authority Plate being recolored yellow.
