Meeting the ELM requirement, the damage is (26.2) for all the Hero Blades. At max ELM. the damage is (28.3) for all the Hero Blades.

The user slams the ground alongside the Hero of Thunder, summoning a line of thunder in front of themselves, ragdolling them.
The critical deals 30 Lightning damage with 5 scaling, 10 posture damage, and has a 0.5s windup.
If the user has Surge Path: Unstable Capacitor, the critical will apply additional rods on hit.
The critical has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
