Description[]
A Hive Arbiter is a NPC that can be found in Greathive Aratel hunting players with low reputation with the Hive. In addition to that, Hive Constructs will also spawn along with Hive Arbiters and Hive Adjudicators to eradicate the enemy.
A Hive Arbiters wears a Hive Tactician Armor outfit, a pair of Dewdrop Earrings and a Dark Gumshoe Longcoat, with their aspect either being Vesperian, Ganymede or Chrysid.

- Reinforcements - Spawns along with 2 Hive Constructs, if in Greathive Aratel additionally spawn 3 more Adjudicators.
- Enchanted - Comes with a random variety of enchant
Talents[]
- Nullifying Clarity - Deal 15% more damage to enemies with status effects on them with your basic attacks, but the effect is removed on impact.
- Hard Read - Hitting your opponent during a feint will cause them to be dazed.
- Flaming Flourish - Set enemies on fire when you flourish or uppercut them.
- Lightspeed Reflexes - Feinting gives a very brief auto-parry window
- All the Dead Gods - Your M1's now apply anti-heal for 8s.
- Emperor Flame - Absorb fire produced by you, once you reach 5 stacks your next attack will be an automatic explosive finish flourish.

Trivia[]
- Very rare to come across as they only spawn to hunt player with low Hive reputation, as well as the fact that they are not guaranteed to spawn because sometimes only Constructs spawn.
- They also used to spawn when the now removed Talent "Bodyguard Detail" was procced.
