The Hollow Angel Mask is an Equipment item under the "Face" category. This item worn by the Hollow Angel, and drops from them rarely.
The Angel's Guise Talent removes the ability for Watchers to lock onto you with Watcher's Gaze. Additionally, you will gain the ability to speak with the Watchers, granting unique dialogue.

- While similar to the Sworn Angel Mask, the Hollow Angel Mask's eyes do not glow when worn.
- They however, will glow when dyed.
- It has the same mouth motif as the Mudskipper Brute.
- The eye sockets are empty and the teeth are missing when held.
