The Immortal Helm is an Equipment item under the "Head" category.
The Immortality Talent prevents the wearer from being knocked down upon taking lethal damage for two seconds while at 1% HP. The effect only lasts for one hit or until the duration expires.
The Immortal Helm drops from the bodies of the Immortal Guardians and cannot drop from a chest.

- The appearance of the Immortal Helm is a reference to the headgear worn by the character Bondrewd from the manga series Made In Abyss.
- The Equipment Talent, Immortality, also references the character.
- When held, the light deactivates, showing empty space rather than some sort of projector.
- Immortality can even protect the user from moves that instantkill instead of knocking such as the Lionfish's Cero.
- The only currently known attack that can bypass Immortality's invincibility is the Prediction Mantra, which will knock out the wearer as normal if triggered.
- Fall damage with the High Velocity Echo Modifier will prevent Immortality from activating.
