Description

Moon Knights are monsters that spawn exclusively on Moon's Eyrie. They are similar to other Stone Knight variants, but with a black torso hole and a Moonseye aura. They have only a chance to drop an Astral Enchant Stone upon death unlike their Star Knight counterpart. Knights spawned within the catacombs of the Eyrie will drop a chest that has a chance of dropping the Astral Enchant Stone in addition to sought-after items like the Moonseye Tome and Soulthorn. Knights will respawn every 2 minutes.

Some Moon Knights may spawn clipped inside of a rock near the center of the island. Getting it to kick can help clip it out.

Energy Wave (★★☆)	Slashes at the air with its sword, creating a crescent-shaped projectile aimed at the opponent, identically to Wind Blade. 𓆩✧𓆪 Parryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable
Maledicta Terra (★★☆)	Punches the ground, causing a pillar to erupt below the player. The next attack from the stone-knight is usually guaranteed if this lands. ☣ Unparryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable ⤻ Ragdoll
Moonscorched Blades (★☆☆)	Causes a rain of white flaming javelins from the sky, similar to the critical attack of the First Light. Strangely enough, these deal wind damage. Moon Knight does NOT attack while this attack is active ⚠︎ Unparryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable

Passives

• Slash Resistance - Has 55% Slash Resistance.
• Artificial Construct - Bloodless Gems do not work against Moon Knights.

Tips

• Moonscorched Blades do a decent amount of damage, but mostly serve as a distraction. Pay attention to the Moon Knight itself even if you take a few hits.
• Moonscorched Blades cannot pierce terrain, meaning it does nothing in the "arena" of Moon's Eyrie.
• The Moon Knight spawn in the catacombs requires moving within a certain area near the entrance going until the front of the arena in order to actually trigger the spawn, simply waiting for the respawn timer won't respawn the Moon Knight leading to the misconceptions around the respawn time.

Trivia

• Moon Knights are recolored Star Knights.
• The Star Knight is probably the newer and stronger design of the Moon Knight, which is why the Star Knights protect the Resonant Dawn meteor while the Moon Knights stay on their home island.
