This Outfit has 3000 durability and grants +30% Physical Armor, 50% Stealth, +5% Shadow Armor, +20% ether regen, +10% Ice Armor, and +30% Elemental Armor.

This Outfit also grants the Talent Card Chief's Will, which grants a 25% penetration buff on the Way of Navae light attacks. This bypasses the PEN cap.
