Description

Nell is an NPC who acts as both the Frostdraw trainer and progression for the Silentheart Oath.

In order to obtain Frostdraw, you must bring 5 Frigid Prisms to Nell. (Note: You'll only need 2 Frigid Prisms if it's your first attunement obtained manually.) Alternatively, if you have obtained the Silentheart Oath, you must kill her in order to get one of six Oath Talents. She is found near the guildhouse (follow the path to the right) in Etris.

Ice Blade (★★☆)	Nell summons dual blades and does a barrage of attacks using both of them. Cancels on parry. 𓆩✧𓆪 Parryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable
Ice Daggers (★☆☆)	Nell throws 3 small ice daggers that auto tracks into the opponent, Freezing them if they're standing on ice. She mostly uses these when she is out of range for her other moves or when she wants to trick the opponent after she gets parried. 𓆩✧𓆪 Parryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable
Ice Fissure (★★☆)	Nell summons an ice obelisk on top of the opponent, turning the floor into ice. ⚠︎ Unparryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable
Ice Cubes (★★☆)	Nell conjures 3 ice cubes behind her. After a set amount of time or recasting, all 3 gets thrown towards the opponent. 𓆩✧𓆪 Parryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable
Ice Smash (★★☆)	Nell summons a huge ice club and hits the ground, guardbreaking anyone that it hits. 𓆩✧𓆪 Parryable ⛊ Blockable § Dodgeable

Talents

• Unyielding Frost - Nell can proc Chill through block, but chill procced this way has a 20% shorter duration.
• Perfect Flash - If Nell has full Health, her Mantras do 25% more damage.
• Impervious Slumber - If Nell gets hit while knocked, her knocked timer isn't reset.
• Frozen Legs - Nell's Chill effect prevents rolling for a short duration.
• Saint Jay - If a Chilled enemy receives a heal it's then redirected to Nell instead. While this is active and they're on ice, Nell's healing is increased.
• Frostbite - Enemies no longer heal under Chill effect.
• Fragile Freeze - Getting blockbroken by Nell's Light Attack or Critical will apply Frozen to you
• Chilling Flourish - If Nell flourishes an enemy, they leave behind a trail of ice.
• Cool Head - If Nell is inflicted with Burn while standing on ice, she will immediately put it out and gain immunity against Burn for a set amount of time.
• Cold Front - Nell's vents inflicts Chilled.
• Orbital Ice - Whenever Nell parries while standing on ice, she gains breakable armor that gives 15% damage resistance.
• Bottom Freeze - If Nell hits a Chilled enemy with projectile while they are on ice, Freeze them to the ground.

Trivia

• Both she and Funke don the Black Diver outfit. According to Arch_Mage, they are most likely Black Divers.
  • If they are indeed Divers, this would make she and Funke two of the oldest, physically, known Divers, as they are the only Divers with wrinkles, excluding Coldheart Fortinbras.
  • Her having Dread Breath might confirm her status as a Black Diver, as Dr Carrion is the only NPC present that can give Monster Mantras.
• Her eyes are unique, having a dark blue sclera similar to that of the Hallowtide variant of the Adret aspect. The only other NPC that shares these eyes is Coldheart Fortinbras.
• Nell is equipped with a Gran Sudaruska. As there was only one Sudaruska, only one Gran Sudaruska exists, seemingly implying Nell wields the Gran Sudaruska. In reality, this is a case of Gameplay Story Segregation, having it for the games' sake; being so she has a unique, legendary weapon when she's fought.
• Nell used to have Rapid Punches before the NPC Mantra changes.
• Unlike most Attunement Trainers, she can be aggroed, seen during the Etris Raid event occasionally fighting off Authority troops if they somehow get to her.
