Description
"These twin blades of Celestial make carry an eerie semblance of consciousness. Along their lengths run glowing tapestries of ethereal moonlight. If one listens closely, you can almost make out whispers, or perhaps cries. The blades are known to grow heavier and more unwieldy when used for unjust purposes, as though they judge the actions of its user. As such, it is thought that only a person of unwavering integrity can hope to wield them to their truest potential."

Description

The Nocturne is a dual-wielded medium weapon found in the Moon's Eyrie island located east of the compass in the Eastern Luminant, the Dread Serpent, or other Voidsea events. It is a common drop from a Moon Knight's boss chest. This weapon deals 30.4 damage at 100 Medium and deals 34.8 damage with the added 6 proficiency meaning it deals 36.9 with three-star damage.

Moonseye symbol

Stabs your opponent in a short range after a very slow wind-up and applies a Moonseye symbol on them, applying through block, parry, and on hit, pressing M1 immediately after it will perform a follow-up attack, teleports after them and dealing heavy damage.

Can be cancelled by damage in wind-up.

Trivia

• Nocturne originates from the game Kill Simulator by Toons Incorporated.
• When enchanted, only one blade will appear with the effect. This is a visual bug and does not change how the weapon or enchant performs in battle. (Fixed as of 10/26/2024.)
• Nocturne can be equipped with a side weapon but the side weapon will not visually appear on the character.
• The Nocturne uses the same stance as the two handed Curved Blade of Winds.
• Nocturne was created on July 6th, 2023 which can be fact checked by viewing the date the mesh was created.
  • At the same time the Nocturne was published, a sheath model was also made.
• If you wielded a singular weapon two-handed before equipping Nocturne, only one blade will appear, but the weapon will still be in a dual-wield stance. This is a visual bug and does not affect the performance of the weapon.
