Nostor, Master of Shadow

Description[]

Nostor is an NPC who acts as both progression for the Silentheart Oath and the Shadowcast trainer.

In order to obtain Shadowcast, you must bring 5 Umbral Obsidian to Nostor and 2 if you have already obtained Shadowcast. Alternatively, if you have obtained the Silentheart Oath, you must kill them in order to get one of six Oath Talents. They are found in the City of the Drowned inside a sewer underneath a building.

Nostor is located under a building in the bottom left quadrant of The City of the Drowned.

Nostor's arsenal consists of a Crypt Blade along with the Shadowcast attunement:

Talents[]

Perfect Flash - If Nostor has full Health their mantras do 25% more damage.
Impervious Slumber - If Nostor gets hit while knocked, their knocked timer isn't reset.
Dark Hours - Nostor's Shadowcast mantras deal more damage at night. (Pretty much just more damage, since you fight them in the Depths.)
Dark Rift - If Nostor successfully dodges an attack they enter a rifted state where they can't be damaged until its duration ends. Can be cancelled if they attack or feint.
Singularity - If Nostor hits an enemy, the enemy will briefly hang in place when hit by a shadow move.
Black Hole - Nostor's singularity pulls everyone nearby in.
Fear the Dark - Enemies will briefly hang in place if they try to run from Nostor.
Lasting Sorrow - Shadows last longer on Nostor's opponents.
