Petra's Anchor is an endgame Greathammer that can be obtained from the Dread Serpent or merchant ships. This weapon has a base damage of 26 with a swing speed of 0.8x, and requires 75 HVY and 10 STR to equip.

Follow-up
The critical causes the user to lunge forward at their enemies and knock them down. On successful hit, their first M1 changes to slamming the weapon onto the ground while gaining hyperarmor. The 2nd part will still initiate if your Crit is blocked or dodged, but not if it was parried.
The critical has a cooldown of 9 seconds.
