Pori

Description[]

Pori is a young Etrean NPC in the blacksmith shop in Etris. He sits outside the shop, selling Cloth and Fiber for 6 and 3 notes respectively. Upon speaking to him, he asks you not to rat on him for "slacking off", saying that his teacher will remove his apprenticeship if he finds out. If you choose not to rat on him, the cloth goes from 6 to 3 notes apiece.

The youth looks at you surprised, having not expected anyone to find him. Please don't say anything to my teacher, he'll remove me from his apprenticeship if he catches me slacking off.
Don't worry, I won't rat you out.	Yeahhh... I'm gonna tell him.
The boy smiles. Thanks friend! I'll give you a small discount on the materials.	Tears start to well in the young boys eyes. Please don't, this is my last chance.

This dialogue only appears if the player has chosen the option "Don't worry, I won't rat you out."

Trivia[]

If you accidentally select Dialogue 2, choosing to rat him out, you can simply retake the dialogue and still gain the discount on the materials.
Although when you hover over the Cloth item it will say 6 notes, when you actually choose to purchase it, it will say 3.
We can assume he is the apprentice of Carragan, the Etris blacksmith.
Upon choosing the first option of dialogue, the Etris Blacksmith's dialogue will now say "Oh, did you need something? There's materials on the table over there, I'd have my apprentice fetch you a drink but I don't know where he went off to."
If you are "Villain" level of reputation with the Etris faction, Pori will refuse to talk to you and instead say "You're that wanted guy! Get away from me!" This does not actually affect the prices, so you can still buy items at reduced prices despite being an enemy of Etris.
