Description[]
The Quartztone Pickaxe is a rare, previously exclusive Greataxe resembling a pickaxe found most often in the Saramaed Hollow dungeon. It's the only weapon alongside the Boltcrusher that can be used to mine ores; it also mines them faster.
Criticals[]
The Quartztone Pickaxe has two critical attacks. Using both criticals require Ether.
For the standing critical, the user creates a bright flash with the end of the pick and then strikes an opponent with a pickaxe, ragdolling and launching them away.
For the aerial critical, the user makes a quick downslash that sends them forward, then making two slashes in quick succession once they hit the ground.
Trivia[]
- The weapon was supposed to be released along with Conquest, with Order of the Unsung members only having a preview. However, Arch_Mage made the decision to release stuff that would've released with Conquest earlier, because of the huge Conquest delays.
- This weapon, along with Boltcrusher can both be used as pickaxes as of December 7th 2024. They do the job more efficiently than Pickaxes.
- The fastest heavy weapon in game by terms of swing speed.
- In later updates, the Quartztone Pickaxe's texture has been removed to reflect better enchantment colors.
- The standing critical for this weapon is shared with Unsung Scythern's criticals.
