The Evanspear War Plate is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Legs" category, and is a part of the Evanspear War Set. The Evanspear War Boots are a set of green and yellow plated boots.

The Repeated Blows Talent will reset the cooldown of Strength Mantras when you land your weapon's critical if a Wrath Gem is in effect. Wrath Gems last for 9s with a 10s CD. This Talent has no cooldown.

Set Talent: Lasting Trauma - Anytime you land a Wrath Gem, your opponent becomes fearful, being unable to use their critical for a few seconds after you land it.

The Fearful status effect lasts 19 seconds.
