A small temple guarded by a gatehouse with a corridor leading to the Ethironal Shrine Sanctuary. To be able to open the big ancient door you need to find your key.
Only the NPC diver Falei resides at this location, likely the sole survivor of Chaser's expedition team. If you happen to talk to the NPC, he will tell you a little about Chaser and give you a little tip about the gales when you leave the place.
