Description[]
Seraphina is a Capra NPC, she is a vendor who sells starter equipment aimed towards new and early game players. She functions identically to Bari.
She will also explain about the Authority 'ceasing their operations' for something more bloody they have planned. Before the Etris Siege, she will have unique dialogue. "the Authority's offensives have completely stopped today, do you think they are planning something?"
She is wearing the Skeptic Pioneer outfit.
