Description[]
The Serpent's Edge is an endgame Medium Weapon, known for its iconic curved design resembling a snake. At 75 MED, the Serpent's Edge does 29.4 damage. At 100 MED, the Serpent's Edge does 31.9 damage.
(Due to the fact that the critical on this weapon is so weird, using it as a mix up will most likely catch people by surprise.)
Critical[]
Has a unique critical attack consisting of three one-handed heavy slashes, each coming out a little less than a second from the last. Propels the user forward with every slash, making it difficult to land all three slashes.
Trivia[]
- At max MED Weapons, the Serpent's Edge is better than the Shattered Katana in terms of damage. It also has 5% penetration.
- Has a unique critical. You do three slashes that move you a good deal forward.
- This critical can be used in water as a method of escape, due to the speed boost.
- However, do note that the strategy above will not be very effective if your aggressor has a Mantra that can boost their movement speed. (e.g. Gale Lunge, Lightning Assault, etc.)
- Possibly a reference to the Flamberge from Dark Souls.
- The Flamberge is also a real weapon.
