Description[]
The Specialist Helmet is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Head" category, and is a part of the Shock Trooper Set. Worn by Legion Shock Troopers, the Shock Trooper Helmet is a black and gold full plate helmet.
Volt Draft allows your Inhale-enhanced basic attacks to strike your opponent with a Storm Strike. This has a 5 second duration after using Inhale with a 20 Second cooldown.
These Storm Strikes deal 0.125 * (Thundercall + Galebreathe investment) Thundercall damage, capping at 25 damage with 100 in each Attunement.
Set Talent[]
When wearing the full equipment set, you will gain the Set Talent.
Set Talent: Shock Trooper Specialist - Empower your Mantras taught to you by your Legion Specialist Captain. You also now conjure a storm strike on your opponent by landing Galebreathe and Thundercall Mantras.
This turns your Grand Javelin, Thunder Kick, and Electro Carve green, and your Astral Wind, Champion's Whirlthrow, and Gale Lunge yellow. These Mantras will also deal 15% more damage; this is not a damage modifier and is instead a base damage increase.
Storm Strikes from the Set Talent deal 40 damage with no scaling and no cooldown. To proc them, you must meet a 300 accumulative damage threshold with your Galebreathe and Thundercall Mantras. This threshold is reduced by 1 for every Galebreathe and Thundercall investment you have, having a minimum threshold of 100 damage, with 100 points invested into both Attunements.
Damage modifiers and the PvE damage multiplier do not count towards this threshold, but resistances do.
Obtainment[]
After defeating Titus, a crafting bench within the Merit Detainment Core will be open to you. This item is only craftable with that bench. The recipes are as follows:
- 1 Shock Trooper Helmet + 2 Warden's Armor Pieces + 2 Storm Enchant Stones.
- 1 Shock Trooper Helmet + 1 Ferryman's Coat Cloth + 1 Storm Enchant Stone.
- 1 Shock Trooper Helmet + 1 Duke's Coat Fiber + 1 Storm Enchant Stone.
