Requirements

This Outfit costs 1,000 and requires five (5) Cloth, five (5) Fiber, five (5) Spark Glands, five (5) Vibrant Gems, eight (8) Iron, one (1) Insignia Gem to craft.

This Outfit additionally requires the player to be at least Power 15 and to have at least 45 Thundercall to be crafted.

This Outfit's schematic is not droppable, but it is bankable.

Armor Stats

This Outfit has 2500 durability and grants +25% Physical resistance, +30% Elemental resistance, +25% Lightning resistance, and +75% Ether Regen. Additionally, it provides the Kickstart and Static Mastery Talents.

• Due to resistances being combined multiplicatively instead of additively, the total resistances are: 25% Physical, 47.5% Thundercall, and 30% Elemental.

The Static Mastery Talent is currently bugged and does not work. The Kickstart Talent revives and heals knocked players and humanoid NPCs at the cost of putting yourself in a lengthy animation.

• If you have the regular Kickstart Talent and this Outfit, the Kickstart tools will stack. This provides no benefits.
