Description[]
A Subtle Knife of Eylis is an NPC that can be found anywhere on the map escorting a Navaen Hostage and can be found in the following events:
- Knives of Eylis raiding an Etrean ship (The Aratel Sea and The Etrean Sea)
- Knives of Eylis with a Navaen Nomad hostage (Upper Erisia)
A Subtle Knife of Eylis is also always accompanied with 2 Knives of Eylis.
A Subtle Knife of Eylis' appearance consists of a Whaler Coat outfit, a Whaler Scarf and an assortment of stolen accessories with their aspect varying.

- Knife's Journey - Cancelling an enemy's Mantra windup with your basic attacks now deals 15% more damage.
- Decisive Blow - Hitting an enemy with your Critical Attack immediately after they dodge now procs Knife's Journey. Your Knife's Journey procs do 2x Armor damage
- Thresher Fangs - Your Knife's Journey critical hits now deal 2x damage to armor.
- Swift Rebound - Move faster after successfully dodging an attack.
- Evasive Expert - Your speed boost granted from dodging is increased.
- Risky Moves - When you successfully dodge, you'll automatically dodge the next attack.
- Finishing Touch - Instantly execute enemies finished with the critical attack of your dagger.
- Matador - Deal +20% more damage to human enemies with hyperarmor.

Tips[]
- Use ranged mantras to hit these guys when they activate their time bubbles, hitting them cancels their time bubble completely.
- If you don't have any ranged mantras, you'll have to get up close to them since a single hit from any attack will cancel their time bubble.
- As they won't stop producing a Time-Slowing Orb until hit, making them use the move and then baiting the rest away can help reduce pressure in fights.
- They'll use the Time-Slowing Orb much more frequently if fighting a player who has negative reputation with The Knives of Eylis instead of an npc, so it's recommended to stay their enemy if you're trying to obtain the Voidwalker origin.
Trivia[]
- It is required to enter their time bubble to obtain Voidwalker.
- Their time bubble will still affect players who have the Voidwalker origin on their character.
- The only characters in the game to have the Voidwalker Oath.
