This Outfit additionally requires the player to be at least Power 15 and have at least 45 Galebreathe to be crafted.

This Outfit's schematic is not droppable, but it is bankable.

Armor Stats

This Outfit has 2600 durability and grants +25% Physical resistance, +30% Elemental resistance, +30% Wind resistance, and +75% Ether Regen. Additionally, it provides the Tempest Evolution and Aerogliding Talents.

• Due to resistances being combined multiplicatively instead of additively, the total resistances are: 25% Physical, 47.5% Galebreathe, and 30% Elemental.

The Tempest Evolution Talent grants a 20% damage bonus in the air for a few seconds after landing Wind Blade with the Tempest Wind Talent. Additionally, this increases the damage of your Tempest Wind. The Aerogliding Talent allows the user to fall slowly whilst holding space and lasts for about 3 seconds.
