Upper Erisia is a location in Deepwoken. It is one half of Erisia, sharing the island with Lower Erisia.
Overview[]
Upper Erisia is home to many sub-locations and is home to a variety of NPCs and Monsters. Like its name suggests, it is the upper region of Erisia. Unlike its lower counterpart, Upper Erisia is more suitable for moderate level and moderately experienced players. (Level recommendation: 7–20) However, it has a wide variety of locations for people of all levels to farm in.

Natural Hazards[]
Upper Erisia is home to many different natural hazards. You must be careful while traveling there.
- Many cliffs and ledges that you can easily fall off of if you're not careful of where you step. (It is highly recommended to bring a glider.) Some trees look like solid grass ground from the top view. However, if you step on them and if you are unlucky, you will fall down and take lots of fall damage.
- Acid rain will occur once in a while. Be careful as it drains your health bar fairly quickly and immediately stops your glider from working. This can be negated with the "Survivalist" Boon.
- Acid water will appear in pools. If you are low on health and are downed inside a pool of acid water, you will get gripped if no one saves you. You can also use this to your advantage in a gank, where if you don't have time to execute the enemy, you can throw them into the acid to instant-grip them.
- In the Burning Stone Gardens, there are cannons that look like Rock Golems. Be careful as they will shoot white beams at you if you get in their line of sight. They cannot be killed nor damaged. Simply dodge / roll out of the way of the white beam. This attack is identical to the Rock Golem's beam attack.
- On the Temple Of The Forgotten Flame, there is a Watcher on guard and will summon lesser angels on you if they spot you. Lesser Angels aren't much of a threat, especially if you know how to parry. (Recommended level: 4-7) You can tell if a Watcher spotted you if it's original white light turns red, and a sound cue will play.

Trivia[]
- Connected to Lower Erisia by the Burning Stone Gardens.
- Not recommended to grind here after level 12, as the XP is minimal and the loot is mediocre.
