This Outfit additionally requires the player to be at least Power 10 to be crafted.

Armor Stats

This Outfit has 1500 durability and grants +15% Physical resistance, +15% Elemental resistance, +5% Fire resistance, and +5% Shadow resistance. Additionally, it provides the Foolish Outburst Talent.

• Due to resistances being combined multiplicatively instead of additively, the total resistances are: 15% Physical, 19.25% Flamecharm, 19.25% Shadowcast, and 15% Elemental.

The Foolish Outburst Talent absorbs the Tempo cost of a Vent should the wearer block or parry it.
