“ Hm? I'm busy, go bother one of the guards. ”

Description[]

Vice Warden Morredh is an NPC that appears within the confines of Fort Merit; in the dining room near the entrance of the prison. He is the crux of the Chainwarden obtainment process.

Being a Canor has afforded him more benefits than other non-Adret in The Central Authority, earning him the position of Vice Warden, though he aspires to someday become more than just a Vice Warden and replace Warden Jericho as the one in charge of the eastern world.

Dialogue[]

Hm? I'm busy. Go bother one of the guards.

Begin
Hm? I don't have time for you, lowlife. There are bigger fish to fry.

Begin
What is it? You had better not be wasting my time. There's filth that requires scraping off the map.
Allow me to assist, sir.
Ha! Assist? I can't deny you've got guts. We've been tracking down a deserter by the name of Emar Vend. Intel suggests he's camping out somewhere on the Summer Isle.
I'll bring him in.
That so? He's been capturing our soldiers and selling them off to Etreans as prisoners of war. If you can capture this coward, you'd be doing us a big favour.
End

Begin
You've impressed me, Chainwarden. What do you need?
How might I further my skills?
Chain down those that oppose our justice. Should you find someone truly worthy of being ensnared by your chains, the Words will surely find you.
End

Trivia[]

  • Morredh's age is much more advanced than Warden Jericho, suggesting he's far more likely to pass or retire than end up replacing him.
  • Morredh's dialogue refers Santen's map
