Description[]
The Vigil Longsword is a medium longsword, used by the Vigils of Etrea. Along with typical medium weapon range and is balanced across all attributes, becoming a very effective mid-tier weapon.
With the use of a Pluripotent Alloy, Alloyed Vigil Longswords are equal to, if not better than the Shattered Katana making it an easy endgame weapon to acquire if you have a Pluripotent Alloy. Alloying a Vigil Longsword improves its stats and gives the blade a slight purple hue.

- When alloyed, it's basically a Shattered Katana but it has more dmg in exchange for less pen. The Alloyed Vigil Longsword, Weight, Swing Speed, and Range remain the same as the regular non-alloyed Vigil Longsword.
- Its model was changed to match the length of its stats.
- The Vigil Longsword was given a unique critical attack on the January 25, 2025 update.
