Description[]

The Warlocks Mantle is a Unique tier Equipment item under the "Arms" category. It is found in chests dropped by The Doom of Caeranthil.

It has the innate Talent Overflowing Dam, causing your M1 attacks to deal 10% more damage while your Ether bar is full. Overflowing Dam's damage buff scales on your Intelligence investment, losing 0.125% per point of Intelligence below 40. At 5 Intelligence, you will only gain a 5.625% damage buff.

Trivia[]

  • The Talent Overflowing Dam would usually require 40 Intelligence, but this equipment only requires 5 Intelligence, enabling you to potentially save 35 investment points.
    • However, due to Overflowing Dam having nearly half its effectiveness at 5 Intelligence, this equipment Talent is overall lackluster outside of saving a Talent slot.
  • There used to be a bug where you be able to equip The Warlock's Mantle without the 5 Intelligence requirement, this of course was patched.
    • If you are using Khan this is still possible however. Equip the Mantle with 2 or 3 Intelligence, then use the Shrine of Mastery to lower your Intelligence to 0. Even with Overflowing Dam scaling, you don't lose that much by doing this; +5.625% damage -> +5% damage isn't a large difference.
