The Worldpiercer Gauntlets are a Fist Weapon obtained from Titus Fulminus Destellus. They appear as bronze gauntlets with glowing roman numerals carved into them.

- Before the 08/04/2025 update, these were undroppable and unbankable, but are now bankable and droppable!
- Despite being unique rarity, these are enchantable, similar to the Gaunts of Enmity.
- These are used by Titus. The emblem on his gauntlets do not glow unless he is in his Blight State.
- During the 06/09/2025 update, the gauntlets were accidentally published into the game, likely being a remnant from testing, with the following properties:
- Being obtainable from a variety of unintended sources, such as Chime of Conflict, The Diluvian Mechanism, The Depths, Voidsea. or Voidwalker chests.
- These are common lootpools.
- Being named the "Votive Gaunlets" before being renamed to "TitusGaunlets", which is likely a placeholder or internal name.
- Before it was renamed, it had the same requirements and description as the Legion Cestus.
- It would keep the description after it was renamed.

- Having no requirements, no visible stats, and having a base damage of 1.
- Having the ability to come enchanted.
